Monitoring & Evaluation Cell
This cell is coordinated the activities related to monitoring & evaluation of the schemes/programmes/projects of the state forest department and other departments/ancillary agencies, etc. .
The cell is entrusted with the following responsibilities.

Contacting with the SFD and other potential funding agencies for getting the assignment of monitoring & evaluation work of developmental schemes.

Preparation of project proposals for monitoring & evaluation and submission to the funding agencies concerned.

Preparation of the work programme, including assignment of duties of field investigation to the institute staff to carry out monitoring & evaluation of the sanctioned projects.

Preparation of the M & E reports and timely submission to the sponsoring agencies concerned.
